caesar was surrendered to the lucas county dog warden because his family could no longer take care of him. we saw him listed in the urgent section of germanshepherds.com...one thing led to another, and now he's a road pirate in training, getting ready to go on the road with my brother rick, who drives a big rig all over the country. caesar and rick met dr. lisa of best friends pet wellness
